i didnt even realize it until after i drew it, but today is lincoln's and darwin's bdays, and so the logs and birds will be my homage to the two of them!

ha! i just ordered a red velvet birthday cake for them for tonight and i was feeling sad that i didn't have the mechanism to draw a blue-footed booby or lincoln log on it! maybe i'll buy some blue and brown cake decorating stuff tonight and you can do it :-D (ps - i'm a big dork.)
